Single estate olive oil from our private estate selection. The name comes from the “olive tree” in Greek “Elia” and our region Ilia. The white painted bottom part comes from the way we paint our olive trees white in order to protect them. Early harvest and cold extraction make this premium EVOO ideal for finishing dishes and eating it raw. Koroneiki variety, dark green colour, strong aroma with fruity, balanced taste and pungent aftertaste alluding to wilde herbs and green grass.
